Thank you for your interest in the Zyvestra® brand of products. As a registered ENT, Neurologist, Audiologist, Otoneurologist, Vestibular Therapist or Physician, you are eligible to become a Vertigo Care Advisor™ for the ZyVestra® System. As an advisor, you can receive samples that can be distributed to your patients and informational brochures on the Zyvestra® brand. In exchange, we hope that you will work with us to help improve customer awareness of the ZyVestra® brand of products.
